About Julie Tran

Julie Tran Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties

James Cameron, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Irvine office, welcomes Julie Tran to his team. “Julie’s passion for helping people and background in property management provide her clients with a significant advantage,” said Cameron. “There is no doubt in my mind that she will represent our company with integrity, honesty and professionalism.”  Julie ranked in the Top 10 for individual agents in the Irvine office for her sales production. Last year, Julie was recognized as a Top Producer, placing her in the top 13% of 42,000 Berkshire Hathaway Home Services sales associates nationwide.

Tran explains that her experience in property management allowed her to develop a thorough knowledge of marketing and a talent for negotiating. Formerly a legal assistant to a law firm, she is also well-versed in perusing legal disclosures and researching the associated details—skills that will be of particular benefit to her buyers and sellers.

An Irvine resident for over 20 years, Tran is looking forward to applying her energetic personality and complex understanding of the local marketplace for the benefit of her clients. She commented that, “I understand the value of a home and what it represents, and I’m eager to help people achieve their dreams.”

With a commitment to provide each client with her undivided attention from the outset of the transaction beyond the close of escrow, Julie believes that she will be successful in forming long-term relationships. “My phone is always nearby and I’m happy to give my clients a quick and timely response to their questions,” adds Tran.

When Julie is away from the office she enjoys going to the gym, yoga and spending time with her three children who attend local Irvine schools. Guided by a belief in the value of serving the community, she serves on the Board of Directors for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' California Properties The Charitable Foundation and is also on the Board of Directors for Boys Town California. For the past five years, Julie has also enjoyed serving the community monthly by going to Santa Ana to feed the homeless witha group of close friends through her home church Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA.
